  • Data Control: You have full control over the data collected by Ecoseek. No information is transmitted externally unless you choose to share it outside the app.

6. Data Deletion

Ecoseek does not store any user data on external servers. All data, including location information, photographs, and text descriptions, is stored exclusively on your device. Because no data is transmitted to external servers, there is no server-side data retention period—data persists only as long as the app is installed or until you choose to delete it using the methods below.

You can delete your data at any time through the following methods:

  • Uninstalling the App: Deleting the Ecoseek app from your device will permanently remove all locally stored data associated with the app.
  • Clearing App Data: You can use your device's system settings to wipe all information stored by the app without uninstalling it.

Please note that once data is deleted via these methods, it cannot be recovered unless you have previously used the 'Export' feature to save a backup elsewhere.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the app or other appropriate channels. Continued use of Ecoseek following the updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Ecoseek is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or any people, for that matter.
